Ketubot 11b – Talmud: marry a 3 yrs old girl.
Matilda of Boulogne (aged 9) was married to Henry I, Duke of Brabant (aged about 14), in 1179.
Gisela of France (aged about 5) was married to the much older Rollo in 911.
Ramabai (aged 8) married B. R. Ambedkar (aged 15) in 1906.

Aisha the mother of the believers (may Allah be pleased with her) said,
{ I was never jealous of any of the prophet’s wifes, except for Khadija, though I didn’t catch up to her (**)
She said: I made him angry one day, by saying “Khadija”.
The Prophet PBUH said: “I was given her love”}

**: Khadija passed away before Aisha married the prophet PBUH.
