Managing two channels on Youtube is not easy, in fact for me it was a total mess, so much so that I sometimes had the same videos uploaded on both channels at the same time, by mistake because of lack of organization, which was probably hurting my reach and credibility.
Today I took it upon me to clean my channels, and focus on building up the main channel and forget about the secondary channel.
My issue was how to manage this? I decided to focus my main channel around English, since monetization is stronger with the English speaking audience, while including some Arabic to a secondary extent, since it’s one of my topics of study and work.
You can think of this decision of going with one language but stay flexible to the other on the same channel as picking the color cream, or charcoal, to paint a wall, for example, instead of full black or full white. Real life has shades and nuances that you have to embrace in order to create something great, and experience to appreciate.
